What are the benefits of using a Signing Service to handle your closing?
Using a Signing Service for your title and escrow transaction ensures key documents are signed efficiently and the customer has an in-depth understanding of their property transaction. Lone Star Signing’s emphasis on customer experience and accuracy is why a growing number of title companies are turning to us for their notarial needs. A Signing Service ensures you can move from one file to the next quickly, which is especially important in the current real estate market! Our trained signing agents are located in all 50 states across the nation and can meet customers at a location most convenient for them. We handle all our signings with careful attention to rules and regulations. When you use Lone Star Signing, you can rest assured that your case will be handled right the first time.
What type of signings does Lone Star handle?
Lone Star Signings offers a comprehensive menu of signing services from title and escrow transactions to general notarial needs. In addition to real estate, we also handle powers of attorney, divorce, bail bonds, vehicle title transfer, deeds and other documents that require a notary to verify and witness a signing.
What training do Lone Star signing agents receive?
Owner Jacqueline Spillman personally trains all Lone Star Signing agents on the latest policies and procedures governing the notarial world. When you book with us, you have the confidence of knowing your signing agent will handle your documents with the utmost professionalism, efficiency and with a focus on innovation.
What role does a notary play in a Remote Online Notarization closing?
Lone Star Signing is proud to conduct Remote Online Notarizations (RON) for our customers! During a RON, the signing agent and the individual signing the documents meet virtually on an approved meeting platform to officially sign the documents in their transaction. The transaction begins by the signing agent verifying the signer’s identities and then ensuring the signer understands all their documents before they are electronically signed and sealed.
